Our aim is very simple. We are dedicated to providing excellent IT support to companies who typically are too small to justify or require permanent IT resource. Historically, this would leave many small companies in the technological slow lane, unable to benefit from advances in technology as they do not have the resource or time to implement changes.As a company based in Plymouth, we provide a local IT support service. There will always be a requirement for an on-site support presence and by concentrating our resources in the local area; we can ensure that we are able to meet that need.
Telephone Support / Remote support / On-site support
Many problems can be resolved remotely via telephone or through the use of remote access software (VPN) which allows access to your PC(s) through a modem or internet connection. This minimizes downtime and resolves problems quickly.
However, often a fault can only be resolved by a site visit and Your A2Z believes that this coverage is a key part of our service package, if required.
Overview
A support package from Your A2Z covers for all aspects of your network, hardware and configurations. Our package gives total peace of mind that any incident will be resolved and resolved quickly. A Service Manager will visit the site once a month for an agreed time period and resolve any outstanding issues. This time is also used to ensure the service is addressing the needs of the business and to allow the client to discuss updates and changes to their IT systems that will support operations going forward.
Servers will be pro-actively monitored so failures and problems can be anticipated and avoided thus increasing uptime and reliability.
Package Elements
- Assigned primary Service Manager.
- Remote incident resolution for servers, workstations and network hardware.
- On site response to hardware failure or business critical system failure.
- Liaison with hardware maintenance company to arrange parts replacement.
- Procurement of replacement parts where not covered by contract or Service
Level Agreement
- Restoration of business system after hardware or other failure(s).
- Scheduled monthly on-site visits by your Service Manager.
- System updates and patches.
- Proactive server monitoring and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Strategic IT consultation.
Response Times
We will respond with a no later than three hour response time during office hours Monday through Friday to your call. Out of hours callout charges apply.
Pre-requisites
In order to deliver this service it is necessary for us to set up a secure link between the customers network and our support centre. This can be best achieved using a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
